InBody Scan and Consultation
with Scott Quaife
The InBody is a medical-grade body composition analyzer that provides detailed, meaningful insights into your overall health. Unlike a standard scale that only measures weight, the InBody breaks down what your body is made of—including muscle mass, body fat, and water—giving a more complete picture of health. This allows us to see exactly how much of each component an individual has and to track changes and progress over time. The InBody also measures visceral fat, the fat stored around internal organs, which is associated with an increased risk of conditions such as heart disease, Alzheimer’s disease, type 2 diabetes, stroke, and high cholesterol.
In addition, the InBody estimates individual metabolic rate, an important factor in developing sustainable, healthy eating habits. The assessment itself is quick and simple—participants stand on the InBody and hold the handles, with the scan taking just 30–60 seconds to complete. Following the measurement, a one-on-one consultation will review the results and discuss next steps. Total appointment time is approximately 20–30 minutes.
Fee-for-service: $25 for individual, $40 for 2, $50 for family
Pay today at the individual rate of $25. If registering additional family members, the balance amount will be billed by email.
